High season falls during school breaks and bank holidays. Preferred check-in days for week long stays are Mondays and Fridays. Unless otherwise arranged, check in is from 3pm and check out by 10am, except Sundays which are relaxed. For stays longer than a week, there are incremental discounts which will display when selecting the dates, but do get in touch with any enquiries with Lydia at stay@thethreedoves.com

All rates include heating (incl. firewood for the wood-burner) and electricity (except for car-charging where a contribution is requested)

The bathrooms are stocked with Bramley products and plenty of towels.

The kitchens have complimentary English Breakfast tea and Lavazza coffee pods (along with all the essentials) . We also leave some bread, butter, milk, eggs, jam and Severn cider. When the orchards are in season, you are welcome to pick your own apples, pears and plums.

For stays longer than 1 week, we provide a regular clean & laundering of bed-linens/ towels.

Unfortunately we’re unsuitable for pets.


cancellation

Payment Schedule: 25% payment due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation: For a 75% refund, cancellation must take place at least 6 weeks before arrival. If cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks before check-in, we will be unable to offer a refund. We advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover holiday cancellation.
